When telling tales of my youth to my kids, I like to start with the phrase "Back in the day..."  

 

If you miss the good old days, "back in the day",  where your doctor made house calls and treated you like a respected individual, you’ll be thrilled to learn you can achieve it again with Healthy Life Family Medicine.  It is my goal to work with you as a partner in your health care.  By doing so, we can formulate a wellness plan tailored to your specific needs.  

By working directly with you, rather than working through the tangled insurance web that has ensnared both doctors and patients alike, I can spend the time needed to get a thorough picture of where you are and where you would like to be on your wellness journey.

By returning to direct patient care, I can commit the time necessary focus on you, the patient.  My goal for your health is to try to identify and address the root cause(s), if at all possible, of your health concerns, rather than just address symptom control alone.  This includes a personal interest in evidence-based functional medicine as well as traditional family medicine.

     Healthy Life Family Medicine Membership Fees

 

Monthly Membership Fees:

Children 0-19 years old, $10/month with at least one parent membership

At this time we are not able to provide routine vaccinations.

Adults 20-44 years old, $50/month

Adults 45-64 years old, $75/month

Adults 65+ years old, $100/month

Nursing home and home-bound patients, please call for details
